Terms and Conditions for TeleRespons
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of TeleRespons, including demos, subscriptions, customer portals, partner portals, support and related services.
TeleRespons is operated by TeleRespons, Company Registration No. (CVR): DK26447399. Questions about these terms can be sent to mail260515@telerespons.com.
1. The service
TeleRespons provides AI-assisted business call handling. The service may include telephone numbers, inbound call handling, call recording, transcription, AI-assisted interpretation, employee matching, notifications, call logs, support tools, customer portals, partner portals and related administration features.
2. Demo access and account approval
Demo access may be subject to manual review before activation. TeleRespons may refuse, suspend or limit demo access if information is incomplete, incorrect or appears to be used for misuse, unlawful activity or testing outside the intended purpose.
A demo account is provided for evaluation and may have functional limits compared with a paid account.
3. Customer setup
The customer is responsible for providing correct company information, billing information, contact details, employee information, welcome text, call routing information and any required telephone setup. The customer must ensure that all information added to the platform is lawful and accurate.
4. Telephone numbers and call routing
TeleRespons may provide or configure telephone numbers through third-party telephony providers, including Twilio. Number availability, regulatory requirements, caller ID, porting and voice/SMS capabilities may depend on country, provider approval and applicable rules.
The customer is responsible for configuring forwarding, published numbers, caller instructions and internal procedures correctly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, spam, misleading communication, unauthorized recording, unlawful processing of personal data, emergency services, high-risk safety use cases or any activity that violates applicable laws, provider policies or the rights of others.
TeleRespons may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in a way that creates legal, security, operational or reputational risk.
6. AI-generated results
Transcriptions, summaries, routing suggestions and AI-generated interpretations may contain errors, omissions or misunderstandings. The service is designed to assist communication and workflow, but it does not replace human judgment where accuracy is important.
The customer remains responsible for reviewing important messages and acting appropriately on information received through the service.
7. Customer responsibility for caller information
The customer is responsible for informing callers and employees where required by law, including that calls may be handled by an AI-assisted system, recorded, transcribed and routed to the relevant person or department.
8. Prices, subscriptions and usage
Prices, included call volume, add-ons, extra usage, setup fees and billing periods are shown on the TeleRespons website, in the customer portal, in Stripe Checkout or in a separate agreement.
Extra usage, additional telephone numbers, special voice productions, SMS usage, international telephony or custom integrations may be billed separately. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice unless otherwise agreed.
9. Payment
TeleRespons uses Stripe as payment infrastructure for card payments, subscriptions, invoices and related billing processes. Payment details are entered through Stripe Checkout or Stripe-hosted payment pages. TeleRespons does not store full card details on its own servers.
Failed, late or disputed payments may result in reminders, suspension, limitation of service or termination until payment is resolved.
10. Support and changes
Support is provided through the channels made available by TeleRespons. Some configuration changes may require manual review or processing. Response times may vary depending on the request, account type and operational load.
11. Availability and third-party services
TeleRespons depends on third-party providers for telephony, hosting, email, payment, AI and other infrastructure. Service interruptions, delays, routing errors, provider outages, regulatory blocks or network issues may occur.
TeleRespons will work to maintain a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Data and confidentiality
TeleRespons processes customer data to provide the service. Each party must handle confidential information responsibly and only use it for the purpose of delivering, administering or using the service.
13. Termination
A subscription may be cancelled according to the selected plan or agreement. After termination, access may be disabled and data may be deleted or anonymized after applicable retention periods, unless longer retention is required for billing, security, documentation or legal reasons.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TeleRespons is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational damage or consequences of failed calls, incorrect routing, delayed notifications, AI errors, third-party outages or customer misconfiguration.
15. Changes to these terms
TeleRespons may update these Terms and Conditions when the service, pricing, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
16. Contact
